Selecting a topic - When? Most of us have witnessed students frantically searching for project topics almost near the last date of selecting the topic. Due to repetitions and overlaps, some of the topics get rejected and are asked for a revision. The most depressing fact is that someone already would have fixed the topic you have cast your eyes on.
